What usage rights are included?
Final photos are licensed for portfolio, website, and social media use by default.
Full exclusive rights must be requested in writing before delivery and require a 20% copyright fee. Terms cannot be changed after delivery.
Are taxes included?
No. All prices are before tax. Texas sales tax (8.25%) applies.
No hidden fees or mandatory tips.
Do you charge travel fees?
Yes, for locations over 30 miles from the studio.
Mileage is $0.725/mile (IRS 2026 rate).
Overnight travel: $200/day per photographer for lodging and meals.
How do I book?
A 50% non-refundable deposit (tax included) is required.
The remaining balance is due on the shoot day.
Can I reschedule?
One free reschedule with 24-hour notice. Additional reschedules: $50 each. Weather or government restrictions are exempt.
When will I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered in 4–6 weeks. Rush delivery: $100. All images are fully retouched; raw files not included.
Can I buy more photos?
After delivery: $35/photo or $180/10 photos
Pre-purchase: $99/10 photos
When will I receive my video?
Videos are delivered in 6–8 weeks.
Rush delivery: $200.
Final edit only; raw footage available for $200.
