FAQ

What usage rights are included with my photos?
By default, final delivered photos are licensed for use on our official website and social media platforms for portfolio and promotional purposes.
If you would like to retain full and exclusive usage rights, please notify us in writing before final retouched images are delivered. A 20% copyright fee will apply. Once images are delivered, usage terms are considered confirmed and cannot be changed.
Are taxes included in your pricing?
No. All prices listed are before tax. Texas sales tax will be applied at 8.25%.
We do not charge hidden fees or mandatory gratuities.
Do you charge travel fees?
Yes, travel fees apply if the shoot location is more than 30 miles from our studio.

  • Mileage is charged at the IRS standard rate of $0.725 per mile (2026 rate).

  • If same-day round-trip travel is not possible, lodging and meals will be charged at $200 per photographer per day.

How do I book a session?
A 50% deposit (including tax) is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of all terms. Deposits are non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes.

  • One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

  • Additional reschedules will incur a $50 fee per change.

Rescheduling fees do not apply in cases of force majeure, such as severe weather or government restrictions.
When will I receive my photos?
Final edited photos are delivered within 4–6 weeks after the shoot.

  • Rush delivery is available for $100

  • All delivered images are fully retouched

  • Raw (unedited) files are not included

Can I purchase additional photos?
Yes.

  • After delivery:

    • $35 per image

    • $180 for 10 images

  • Pre-purchase before delivery:

    • $99 for 10 additional images

When will I receive my video?
Final edited videos are delivered within 6–8 weeks.

  • Rush delivery: $200

  • Includes final edited cut only

  • Raw footage is not included, but may be purchased for $200

Do you offer hair and makeup services?
Yes. Professional hair and makeup services are available for $280.
Can I add more shooting time?
Yes, additional time may be added as follows:
Digital Photography

  • $220 / 30 minutes / 12 retouched images

  • $380 / 60 minutes / 20 retouched images

Film Videography

  • $299 / 30 minutes 

  • $480 / 60 minutes 

How many revisions are included for video editing?
One round of minor revisions is included.
Structural changes or full re-edits are not included.
